God's Treasures...
Children’s and Nursery Ministries
"We have this treasure in earthen vessels." 2 Corinthains 4:7
Our goal at FPC Gallatin is to reach families beginning from the cradle up by providing quality ministry opportunities for our little ones. Jesus said in Matthew 19:14, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children." We believe that our children are very special. In fact, we believe that they are precious gifts of God. They are Treasures. Some may be diamonds in the rough, but they are all unique individuals with extraordinary gifts.
Little Gems
Our nursery age children, the "Little Gems," are nurtured by professionally trained staff and volunteers and strive to provide an atmosphere of learning and security. The nursery is provided for all regulary scheduled services for children ages infant to two-years-old.
Precious Jewels
Our precshool class is for children ages three and four-year-old. If they are three years old and potty trained by October 1st, they may attend this class. This class focuses on beginning Bible stories that illustrate God's love for us and our place in His world. It is our hope to open our children's eyes to the treasures that God has placed in His word, just for them.
Treasure Hunters
Our early elementary class is for childre who are attending Kindergarten through 2nd grade. This class explores and digs for God's Treasures through music, stories, giving and crafts, giving the children a real connection to God's Word utilizing all their senses of sight, sound, hearing and touching. Together they will experience a journey that will be the building blocks of their faith in Christ.
Digging Deep
Our upper elementary class is for chidren who are attending 3rd, 4th, or 5th grades. This class is Digging Deep to discover the gold nuggets of God's truth that are not always lying on the surface. This class is structured to prepare our children for a more matrue walk with Christ, one that emphasizes worship, service, independent Bible study and prayer.
