Rev. Candice Klein was born in Tennessee and earned her undergraduate degree in English and Education with a minor in French at University of Tennessee. She went on to earn her Master of Divinity at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and then completed her Clinical Pastoral Education Certification through the West Virginia University Hospitals.
Candice was ordained in 2009, and she served two churches as their installed pastor before coming to us here at First Presbyterian in Gallatin. She has also served on various presbytery committees as well as on interchurch ministry boards. She is well versed in Presbyterian theology and polity, having entered the denomination in 1990 after growing up in the Methodist church.
Our pastor is a welcoming person who is easy to talk to, and she is also a wonderful listener. She has a passion for worship, proclamation, outreach, and pastoral care. Candice also possesses a terrific smile.
